    Aluminum Putty 10610. Like you said welding plugs is best idea as long as you have access a MIG or TIG that has A/C capability. .

    Very, very slow progress at the moment. Still waiting on Quaife transmission so I can properly locate engine mounts. So pretty much no frame progress has not happened. I am at the moment making a larger tunnel. Needs to be taller since I am going to make original style hammock/web support...

    Front end mounts

    Everything on mine so far has been to cut, refit, and weld back up. So nothing on mine is true to spec but fit to appear as I can. Especially up front, the radiator, condenser and intercooler take up room....but that is why I went with a space replica setup. Because I want it truly mine.

    The front pivots were identical to the rear just had a section cut off. The pivot point was a pin spacer that protruded from the jacking plate.

    Charlie, You would have to ask Protolabs, they printed it, it is a resin print. The silver is a metalic flake that is in a testers model paint kit.

    Started painting the backside and rough machined out the bezel today.
