    DRB GT40 # 49 for sale *SOLD*

10 years is enough...I'm just not going to finish this one. My first car was a 1972 Cuda...and I'm returning to my roots. I bought a done car and the memories have come flooding back as I drive it. I love the GT40...best looking car ever....but apparently some things were not to be. It's a...

Re: Lola T70 MK IIIb replica for sale Someone asked if I'd sell the Lola less engine/trans. The answer is yes, but it's not a large deduct. The beauty of the 350 Chevy and Audi trans is they are cheap and readily available. Between the engine, trans, Kennedy stuff, headers, and axles I spent...

    RCR Porsche 917

A lovely body...but a devilish engine. The 917 books I read are filled with missed shifts and blown engines....Piper should have installed a rev limiter. I'll never forget an article I read in a 1970 magazine about them test driving an L88 Vette. They missed a shift and threw a rod out the...

Lola T70 MK IIIb replica for sale *SOLD*

Well after (8) years I'm forced to admit that I'm not going to finish my Lola. Changes in priorities, health, etc have made it the right decision for me to sell and move on. It's a space frame replica I bought from Fran Hall in 2004, before he formed RCR and started selling his aluminum...

    Current State of GT40 Market

How about a turbo...or twin turbo ? I know it's been done on GT40's...probably easier to package than a blower. Sorry to go off thread.

    Fords 32 Valve SBF heads

Re: 428 RPM MAXX block / 32 Valve Ford Heads Kaz The big question is when will you get your first engine on a dyno ? What kind of hp/torque goals do you have ? Despite some of the negative buzz....this is cool stuff. Mike

    Fords 32 Valve SBF heads

Re: 428 RPM MAXX block / 32 Valve Ford Heads I assumed Kaz already has his Aaro heads since in the other thread he said he was looking to buy some spare parts for them.

any thoughts on a 351 Windsor engine?

Converting a 351 to a 427 involves replacing the entire rotating assembly. Several vendors sell kits of the required parts ranging from reasonable to exotic. You take your engine and kit to a reputable machine shop....and so long as you're not looking for a racing engine, you should be fine...
