Well after (8) years I'm forced to admit that I'm not going to finish my Lola. Changes in priorities, health,etc have made it the right decision for me to sell and move on. It's a space frame replica I bought from Fran Hall in 2004, before he formed RCR and started selling his aluminum...

How about a turbo...or twin turbo ? I know it's been done on GT40's...probably easier to package than a blower. Sorry to go off thread.

Converting a 351 to a 427 involves replacing the entire rotating assembly. Several vendors sell kits of the required parts ranging from reasonable to exotic. You take your engine and kit to a reputable machine shop....and so long as you're not looking for a racing engine, you should be fine...
