also noted that before the fire 1078 chassis was one of I think 7, light weight aluminum roof chassis. So Gelscoe 1078/R is made with a light weight aluminum roof as well.

yes Gelscoe is shipping a rolling Chassis, they will build what you want but I thought having the Gurney Westlake motor built state side was a better option. Cobra Automotive is building the Gurney Westlake Motor.
