I dug this up from my mail from a gentleman called Gunnar Herre, who works for Getrag:

the only car which - per my knowledge - actually uses such a transaxle concept is the Porsche Boxster.Thus please be so kind and check with your local Porsche dealer/s about the availability, price, leadtime, etc. on such a GETRAG made transaxle.
The torque which this box should handle is around 320 Nm.
