Lynn I am not sure what some of the abbreviations mean (I think SV=SpurVerbreiterung which means wheel spacers) but I will give it a try:
"für orig. 16" Felgen nur 322x32 mm mit 25 mm SV ( 14.299 )"
-for original 16" rims only 322x32 mm with a 25 mm wheel spacer
"Kit Nr. 08 004/5 322x32 / 4s3 nur mit orig. Felgen 9,5x17" mit integr. 10 mm im Topf u. langen Radbolzen",
-Kit Nr. 08 004/5 322x32 / 4s3 only with the original rims 9.5x17" with an integrated 10mm wheel spacer in the hat and long wheel studs
"für Zubehörfelgen Kit 08 001 verwenden ( Topf ist flach ohne Spurverbreiterung)"
-For aftermarket rims use kit 08 001 (hat is flat without wheel spacers)
"HA 299 mit 15 mm SV, HA 322x32 ohne SV mit geteilter Scheibe u. neuen Handbremssätteln, *08 401 mit 318x28 mm Scheibe"
-HA 299 with a 15mm wheel spacer, HA 322x32 without wheel spacers and a 2-piece disc and new parking brake calipers, *08 401 with a 318x28mm disc
