Well, a certain Japanese gentleman (ex Honda) designed the current series!!! The India labour market is also a very trendy (read cheap) thing for companies here in the UK. If you get a call from your bank or report your washer and dryer broken it'll probably be someone in Bombay on the phone that deals with it.
