Hi Tim,

As a non-Oz resident, I was wondering - does every turnkey car need to pass ADR or just the first one(s) from a given mfg with a particular drivetrain combination?

Also, is there a financial or regulatory incentive for Ford or Toyota to certify cars they do not mfg (e.g. certification charge)?
