When you do log in next time, check the box to have the forum software "remember" you. After that there will be no need to log in each time you surf into the forum if you don't log out every time you leave the forum. Instead, "X" out by clicking on the red box with the X at the upper right corner of your screen.
Surprise--the next time you surf into the website, the "User CP panel" will be there, with "new posts" waiting for you.
