Sorry I missed your call.I was getting ready for Carlisle.
The GM part # for the straps is 14046907
The part # for the bolts is 14046904 but they are discontinued.
I bought a whole box of them from McMaster Carr.(part # 96144A211)I have plenty of extras if you need some.
Just let me know and I will send you some .

The Corvette uses a nut with a stamped cover and a cotter pin for the stub axle.
The GM part #s for what you need are 15522089,15653460 and 00562248
