Hi Paul - Congratulations on your weight loss.. I struggled with mine for years having lost 130# on Liquid Protein only to gain back 140 and again losing it on Weight Watchers. I was keeping it off fine until I blew the left knee out and could no longer run or bicycle (heck I had a hard time walking).. Gained it all back and then some. 5 years ago I went through Gastric Bypass surgery and have lost it all and kept it off with a relatively active lifestyle although no strenuous work-out regime (although I need to start some sort of upper-body program as I've noticed a slight paunch as of late)..

Now I fit into clothing off the rack again as well as my racecars and other smaller cockpit cars even though I am 6'3"..
Feels great doesn't it??
