Some people are high maintenance, and some are low maintenance. Once you are a gt40s member for awhile, and you get to know the personalities of the folks on this forum, things seem to just fall into place naturally. And naturally, if you cant figure out what people are the friction starters, other people on the forum will map it out for you.

If you sumble onto a thread that has this type of activity, refraining from being a participant usually slows or stops the thread. If it gets out of hand, Ron or Lynn has a real diplomatic way to intervene. Done deal.
