I'm not sure a test is really necessary but I'm not against it either. I'm sure all these gearboxes will be good and if not, the defects will rise to the top and be soon known. That is the beauty of the internet age. I personally like the ZFQ based on its original appearence but I would also like to see more info on the TRT. We heard a little about it but not much more.
Either way, my point in all this, is that no manufacturer should be making personal attacks against another. Likewise, I was raised by my parents to let other people tell you how great you are.
I understand what you are saying regarding the language barrier and Italian culture as my parents are from Italy and you are spot on.
