Lurker and first post here....but I have to ask!
If I understand you correctly, you simply rotate the trans 180 degrees so the top is now on the bottom? In that configuration you still haven't changed the rotation of the input shaft......have you? If not then shouldn't you still have the same amount of forward and reverse as before? Just curious.
