Andy I am running Hoosier R6 17 inch tires. 225/40 on front and 315/35 rear.

DC, Fran can help you on the shocks. The front springs are 7 inch and the rear are 10 inch but could be 12. The car doesn't have much suspension movement but we checked it for 2 inches up and 2 inches down. I am not sure if that answers your questions but I will tell anything I can.
