Rumor has it from a very good source that this and an upcoming event at Shelby Museum will be Carroll's last public appearances. Apparently his health has gotten to the point that all of these appearances are taking thier toll. But..... as we all know, there is no definate when it comes to Carroll if it involves $$$.
