| Re: 1979 930 lsd transaxle I understand your concern. I encourage you to get on pelicanparts and see my usage. I buy and sell a lot of items on Pelicanparts and used to do a little on rennlist all though I find more quantity of good deals on Pelican. I own a reputable Porsche repair shop in the Oklahoma city area. The reason for the less than normal price on the transaxle is the slight damage to the web where the clutch cable would normally attatch. I started out asking $3500 for it but some people are concerned about the attatchement even though it was usable the way it was . There are pictures of this trans on pelican and also a add for a g50 20 that I currently have for sale. I rebuild tons of g50 gearboxes and have alot of parts for those since my club race customers and myself run g50s in our cars. I think this is a really good deal for someone who doesn't care about the web where the scrape is . If someone doesn't buy it I will use the diff in my next 915 race gearbox and part the rest of it out.
I don't mind your skepticism.
