Thanks for the pic (just what I wanted to see) and thanks Geoff for the ID of the "shunt".

Andy...is the gauge illuminated?

Anyone....I'm considering purchase of a used CAV meter and wonder if I should be concerned about "shunt aging"...Anyone have any ideas on this?
