My GT40 is registered as a 1966 collector vehicle - here in Washington State no tax or tabs or fees of any kind, no tolls on the road or limitations (other than speed bumps!), wide open roads outside the city and I can go downtown and enjoy the sound of a barely muffled 302 richochet off the tall buildings. No Big Brother here - love it, I feel pretty lucky.
