FWIW, I have had excellent luck with Meguiar's professional grade products for clear plastics: meguiars.com: E-Store /Professional (Mirror Glaze Brand)>Clear Plastic Care
The first one is a cleaner, which then prepares the plastic for the second one, the polish. The third one is a combined cleaner/polish in a spray bottle, intended to be used as a quick detailer.
Really excellent products, and inexpensive too!
