If You can supply a doner car the best year is 1996 same as the bodywork I can get from the original maker,I think I can do a road legal car for 100.000 pounds.
It may be better for me to get a doner car from Germany register it in the uk then export to the US I think I can build you one in 10 months.

If you wanted it made from Fiberglass rather than Carbon Fiber, he may be able to do that, but I'd talk with him. That price is a little outta my range at the moment though.
