What Spacer- all I see in those pics is a Damper that appears to drilled/tapped to accept both 3 and 4 bolt crank pulleys that have a center location lip as part of the pulley- pretty standard stuff for all 60's 289/302/351w. Are you sure the pulleys the parts guys are trying to sell you are not for a SB Chev- the pcd of the chev 3 bolt pattern is about 1/16" smaller than the ford. Plus as Dave points out its no a big deal to redrill the ford 3 bolt to a 4 bolt pattern in most cases. Even the chev pulley could be used by slotting the holes slightly as long as there is enough material in the pulley to machine a register that suits your damper.
