I assume you mean LHD Center shift?
We make RHD/RHS or LHD/LHS cars currently, but that does not mean that a center shift cable is beyond possibility for a builder to install of his own design. There are cable shift systems available.
When a carbon demo does get here it will be RHD/RHS, but with A/C just for you
