you can get new calipers here in the uk.... as for the zf.... it only took 7 years to find what I wanted...

. yes you are right about the brakes (I just found out). As for the ZF. Would have been a lot easier if ZF still would produce them.
Its quite cool, because in the company where I work, we had an (now retired) german engineer and when I first began to talk about the ZF transmissions, he said. Oh well! I do in fact now a lot about that transmission. You see, I was a student at Zahnradfabrik Friedrichshafen just when they was making the GT40 transmissions and I was involved in the construction of it.
