Here's a loaded question: Which engine would be best for an RCR build?

Hmm, Kaase P38 heads $2500 for a pair ready to go. But they are setup for a roller cam. But I'm sure could be made for a standard flat tappet.

Has anyone done a cleavor? Windsor lower with Cleveland heads and you get rid of the cleveland oiling problems and good flow Cleveland heads.

Chris has his running. He was just doing the finishing touches when I was out there last. I think he is about 80% through the build, so another 80% to go.

I am a big fan of the Clevor combo....for the two very reasons you just posted!

One of our members (Dave Wharren...not sure I spelled that last name correctly, but it's close) has a Cleveland in his ERA, so I'm sure the header issue isn't insurmountable for a Clevor build/install. Check it out.

Cheers!

I think a great engine/transaxle combo would be an LS7 from Brian Thomson mated to the Graziano. Figure 625hp on a conservative tune. RCR sells the kit to mate the two.
