Here's a link I had saved away on a Q/R install in a BMW autocrosser:

I know Strange Engineering, SPA, Momo and Sparco make quality hub/spline kits, the latter two geared for street cars. Make sure you don't get a hexagonal shaft-end, and get a splined-end. There is usually a lot more play in the hex models. Good luck.
