So, then there is at least one out there with an 4 cammer..

Those "Fairlane" engines were actually early Indy engines..
Pre 4 camm etc...
They all are descendens to the "Fairlane" engine..
It was originally sold with the Colotti box..
ZF´s were not available before early -65 something.March-April ?
