I didn't actually see the shunt, but the 40 was brought back to the pits on a low loader. The front clip was gone, the rad and all of the front surround was pushed in, the rear clip was badly damaged and the exhaust system squashed. The wheels looked as if they were still in alignment, so hopefully the monocoque is undamaged. |
