Hello GT40s.com Members,

FYI: For anyone not currently registered/reserved yet, and possibly planning to attend the Western States Cobra (& GT40) Bash (WSCB) in Reno 2005, this is the final notification regarding the registration and hotel reservations deadline. NO registrations or reservations will be accepted after the deadline.

Absolute WSCB/Hotel Registration Deadline:

Please Note: After April 15th registrations will be returned if postmarked April 16th or later. The Corral will be fenced and set for the exact number of North area spots and planned truck/rig-trailers spaces required on the South side iof the complex. Also, the hotel-event contract dictates the final deadline, corral, and space provisions.

Dates:
May 20,21,22 2005

Location:
Peppermill Hotel and Casino

Update:
So far, by March 1st its already been a great turnout of registered attendees and their spouses/friends are set to go from all of the Western United States, including some coming from the East. We could not be more pleased with the results so far and appreciate all of the kind comments and feedback from everyone. We've now met the minimum registration and reservation requirement quota and wanted to let you know we are good to go! There is a core team meeting today to finish ironing out basic itinerary details and 3-day schedule. Thanks again. Don't let your last minute friends miss out, and please be sure to let them know about this absolute deadline. Thanks.

Question to Members:

Are there by chance any more of you here on GT40s.com with GT40s planning to attend but not reserved or registered yet?

We have a group of GT40s attending but just looking at parking logistics in case we go over our limit by April 15th, and may need to look into contingency plans for more Corral spots if its needed. It would be great to have at least 10 more GT40s the among the Daytona Coupes and Cobras. Thanks for reading!
