GT40 on \"My Classic Car\"

Last night on the speed channel on the show "My Classic Car" they briefly showed a red GT40. They were showing cars from a festival at I believe the Charlotte Speedway. Does anyone know whose car it was.

May have been at Nashville for SAAC. If that was the case it was Rick Merz car.
