Question Dark blue gulf livery?

When i was in highschool i remember a game called Test drive. It had a Gt40 in it and you could pick lots of different color schemes. My favorite wasn't the light blue gulf colors but the darker blue, it looked fantastic. Since i can't find any images on google lately. Nor can i find images of the game, do any of you have pictures? It looked almost identical to the Gulf Mclaren f1's but without the silver inbetween the blue and orange. ANy help would be really appreciated!

Have a look at Roaring Forties site (while it's still there). They have a great system where you can try a lot of different colour schemes and stripes to see what looks best.

I'm planning on painting my car dark blue and orange. I got the color combination from

www.racingicons.com

They restored 1051P and painted them those colors.

Have a look at GT40enthusiastsclub.com

go to the register
Go to GTD
Scroll to Tim Martin

I believe this is the scheme you want - perhaps an e mail to Tim would get more pictures

Here is 1049 in a similar scheme. This is the only "Gulf" car I am aware of that does not have full flares. More info here:
