Which GT40 is this at Le Mans?

Back in 2005 I saw this GTD40 at Le Mans and had a nice chat with the owner who had actually just finished the car. He visited Le Mans with his son. Is this the car of Tony Hunt?

Back in 2002 or 2003 I remember seeing a similar GT40 replica (colours that is) which had just been finished. This was the year that the GT40 owners' club was asked to gather many GT40's for the driver parade through Le Mans on Friday before the race. This particular car had just been finished prior to the event and it was the last GT40 to leave the town square for the driver parade. When the owner started his car all the onlookers around the car ran away, so loud was the car (more like open exhaust and most likely not even road legal). I just stood by the car and when he left I walked along as long as I could taking in as much as I could. The owner drove off with his wife sitting next to him. Any idea who this might have been?
Reason for asking is I would really like my (future) GT40 to sound like that.

Very similar colours to Tony's but this car was built by John Grantham who I believe is still the owner.

If I remember correctly, I think the owner is actually standing behind his car in the first picture with the grey/white hair and blue polo.

Any of you know the other GT40 (with the open? exhausts) I was referring to? Could that be Tony Hunt?

John,
No my car is completely innocent of all charges!
It was built at the same time as John Grantham's, but has 'ordinary' exhausts, which are difficult enough to get through track day noise checks as it is!
