| Re: Superformance GT40 Registration in South Carolina the car should not have to be finished to register it. You need to call the DMV and set up a time for a person to come inspect the car, this used to be a higway patrol officer but now I hear there is a woman that does this. She is not inspecting it for road worthyness only to make sure the VIN matches the MSO. Then you can regisiter it as a 65 or whatever car. After that you should be set. probably registered as a Superformance Ford 65 GT40. chuck
