As you said its difficult to find the right guy but I think Scotts the man for the job.

The last guy sold cars but prices climbed to much in the process which put potential customers off.

Also the 40 market was not as large as it is now and interest was not as high. I think there were only a total of 3 manufacturers worldwide.
