There were two (maybe more?) types of KVA chassis, the first was a very basic affair, fairly quickly superseded by the "C" type chassis which was closer to the suspension arrangements of the GT40 (although not the same)
Post some more info and pics if possible, there's lots of help here. I must agree with the other guys though...a very different experience.
If the car is registered as what it is, ie a KVA, thats a good thing, however needing a little work to get it mot'd could get 'spensive!
