Help please

Hello every body, I would like to know if some body can tell me what kind of car is this, a friend has it and ask me the favor to investigate about it.
It has a plaque in the engine interior that says :
J.W.ENGINEERINGLIMITED
CHASSIS No. GT40P1...

Thanks in advance.

Alfred

Re: Help please

Put up some pictures and I'm sure we can help. With the SN they could tell you who owned it if it was real - all of them are accounted for. It could simply be a replica wearing a replica plate, very common.

Re: Help please

Looks like a Safir, typical Safir wheels & spinners, decals as per Safir cars, identical to NOS ones I have in stock, inner wheelarch looks safir too, probably a big block car, If the chassis number is genuine then this should confirm, hope this helps!
