40 &/or cobra related

Hi Guys,
Suggestions needed please.
I have a couple of friends heading over from the US this friday, prior to the Classic.
While the wives are off at Wimbledon, they are looking for places to visit,
either 40 related or Cobra related. They will be based in London, so any suggestions appreciated.
He has a particular interest in Cobras, having four originals, but he has recently purchased a Tennant Mk2 and i've finally got his interest in 40's going.
Thanks for any help.

Re: 40 &/or cobra related

Hello Andrew, both Lanzante's and Historic Automobiles south of Guildford are worth a look. They are businessmen and always keen to show potential customers around their facilities. I've only ever been to HA's and Simon has always been most welcoming. They look after Cobra's, GT40's and Lola's etc. Otherwise Brooklands Motor Museum, or further south, why not a trip to Lord Beaulieu's little gaf? Also, send them to GT40 Enthusiasts Club - Front Page calendar of events page to see if anything's happening locally during their stay. Hope this is helpful.. Andrew

Re: 40 &/or cobra related

Hi Andrew
Dad's day out at Dunsfold park (Near Guildford) is on Sat and Sun this weekend

Should have GT40's there for a ride and it all goes to charity!

From there Brooklands is an easy drive

Ian
