Sad news. He was a great personality that I suspect a few of you have met.

He was quite a gentleman, a true automotive fanatic and not a bad tv show host...

This is so sad. I waas privaleged to know Tom. We met at the first Crescent Classic about 7 years age. I remember sitting up listening to he and Jim Cox tell old racing stories until 3 in the morning. He did a nice program about that first Crescent Classic for Dream Car Garage and this past year did a nice show dedicated to Crescent for Hard Drive. He was a great story teller and I don't think Tom ever met a stranger. He always made you feel like you were a long lost friend. And he could Drive!!! This last year he was filming for Hard Drive and getting road footage from his Dodge company car.He had all kinds of carmera equipment and 3 people in the car He was following me and I was in my Stradale. I felt I was driving the wheels off my car, but I could never lose him. Very humbling.

RIP my friend. You will be missed.
