Identify an old gt40 fiberglass kit car kit?

Dose any one know the maker of this kit, I have no info on it at all. Any way to tell who did the fiberglass, a makers mark somewhere? I myself have not seen a dash like this. Any help would be great. I don't own it yet. I don't think it's a vw or ferro based, due to the doors and sides. Hopefully I don't disrespect anyone here asking about this,

I can't recall seeing that body before, but remember well that there were multiple dozens of kit-car companies in the 60's and 70's that were trying to get a piece of the GT40 action...
These guys really missed the boat when they left out some of the more iconic features of the Ford GT40. No double nostrils. No NACA ducts are just a couple in addition to the different dash panel layout..

Yep,

It looks like an old Kelison - I once owned one. One of the big problems with using the body is finding a frame to mount it on. Also getting parts like windows, etc are a challenge.

It is actually a very poor GT40 replica!

Like the guys said it is most likely a Kellision (called a GT40K) and went on a VW pan like most all of the 70's kit cars. Kellison somehow splashed or mocked up the original big block cars GT106 and GT107, which had very extended front sections. I've always been surprised that Kellison jumped on the prototype shape that was followed so closely by the regular MKII front ends. A couple of later companies also did this body, called the T-3 by LA Exotics and Lone Star Classics that had slightly shorter headlight buckets but judging by the weathering on the body in the photos, it should be a Kellison GT40K.

I used to have one just like this, it's an LA Exotics. It normally went on a ladder frame with a Corvar type suspension in the back. That's the type of body I started with but replaced it with a KVA a year into the project.
