I've got a question/idea.
I'm considering cementing threaded brass
grommets into the fibreglass wherever I
will need to screw/bolt items on (screens,
light covers, etc). I'm thinking that however
well reinforced the glass is, if I ever have
to back stuff out, eventually, I'll chew
through the glass.
Is this a somewhat good idea, or just not
worth the time, energy, and money (although
I figure it shouldn't be a monetary issue
in the grand scheme of things)?
Any thoughts?
