The ERA car that was for sale awhile back was an AZ car. The owner decided to finish the car. At least thats the last I heard. Hershal might have more info.
Wasn't the AZ car apart at the time (at least engine out, as I recall)? Anyway, I'm pretty sure this is the one I saw for sale on the GT40 Enthusiasts website a year ago...I remember the darkened windows and the Webers, and it was in Colorado.
I remember that car that was red and 80% of the way done. Had pictures of it in his driveway, like he just rolled it out of the garage. I talked to the fellow about 1 year ago and at that time he pulled the ad and decided to complete it. I agree, I don't think this is the same one.
