Kind of ironic that Gee Tee just signed up as member 302! Seems like just the other day Ron told me he had created a forum for GT40s. It must have been a real good idea Ron, it has come a long way. Congrats!!!
Well, seeing how this forum started in
Sep 2001 (and the original forum was
fairly new when Ron moved it over to
the current setup), I'd say 302 members
in 6 months is pretty good.
I especially love the mix of seasoned
vets and newbies, and the open exchange of
ideas -- especially without comments that
begin with "No you ignorant dolt".
I cannot wait to plunk down my hard earned
income on a 40. Oh, the ideas and plans ...

I'm using Hella universal 135mm spotlights with built-in parking lights. I beleive they are used on many older BMW models. They are also available without built-in parking lights.
One small problem is that mine didn't come with any pots so I had to make some.
The car looks really awesome whith only the spots lighted in the night. [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]
