Barchetta Roadster Design

I've had this roadster design in my drawer for a few years now, and was wondering what do you guys think?

The idea was to use a transverse V6 engine on a roadster kitcar chassis, but if you lengthen the rear a bit, you could stick any V8......

Ciao
Italo

Re: Barchetta Roadster Design

You could easily throw any of the good jap front wheel drive set ups in the back of that with very effective results.

That was the original idea, stick a FWD 4 - 6 cylinder engine, at the rear and create a sensual 60's barchetta design, with a modern twist...

Ciao

Re: Barchetta Roadster Design

I like the front, but not the back. The back looks like a "baby Daytona Coupe" back end. A little wider and longer is what I would like to see.

You could stretch and widen it, and maybe I should base the new design, on the available LOLA spyder chassis.....
