What do you guys think sounds like a good deal. The adapter stuff alone is worth $1000 with the clutch.

Depends what the final price is of course.
And freight is not cheap on these heavy items.
So those within driving distance have a distinct advantage.
But if you'e in the market for a 5.0 drivetrain, this could be just the ticket.
