I am surprised at the substantial difference in off-set from these wheels to the ones guys are having widened. I never noticed it before but when looking at shots of original cars, these are correct.

I often times have wondered how the guys with the deepend wheels would get a good swing at the knock-off spinner without some sort of extension...

I've seen current renditions of extensions, but have not seen any "Vintage" versions - if they ever existed at all...

Most original cars that were updated to wider wheels also got spinners with more offset. These are mine whicj actualy have lola cast in them. Halibrand and BRM both had similar parts.
