I've had a few emails about Borrani wheels - as they are rarer than rocking horse sh*t, especially in good condition, anyone looking for the "Borrani look" may be interested in some pretty authentic replica Borranis made by Specialised Automobile Services in the UK.
They're called Turrinos, have the correct spun aluminium rim, correct Type 42 hub and spoke pattern, and have either chrome or stainless spokes (although they could be painted like the original GT40 spokes). The quality is excellent.
They're not cheap - GT40 Turrino prices are: Front (6.5" x 15") £575.00 each; back (8" x 15") £585.00 each, with 8.5" MK111 rears slightly more [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img]. All prices exclude VAT. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Other widths are available.

I have also heard that Borrani, which has recently been taken over (again), may be making GT40 sizes again, although prices would be somewhere in the stratosphere.
