I think its reasonably clear from the above, back in 94 the intention was not known when the car was purchased by RL, if the moulds are now going to be used again by a new company they have been warned of there origins and possible concequences.
I am sure if someone was to purchase a kit from one of the exisitng manufacturers and setup a business from this initial purchase, the original supplier would be unhappy.
