| Dig this Post? Hi Ron, I have noticed icons appearing at the bottom of posts, like dig this post and furl this post. What is that?

That's "digg" this post as in digg.com, a (well, the best) social news site currently on the web in my opinion. Check it out. Do I use it? you bet! So do my kids.
But I had nothing to do with it - Cool update Ron!
Regards,
Al |

you got it, some new features.
These allow users to submit posts to the search engines of the various sites. The downside is you have to be registered with those sites (like digg) to do it. The upside is registering for digg is a 30 second affair, and that is if you are challenged.
Benefit? Well, it allows us to become more indexed on these engines, as well as Google. Forums have a hard time getting indexed because of built in filters in most search engines - they are not particularly regarded as resources. I think we're different, and, we'll need a different approach to becoming noticed. For example - we're starting to see non-GT40 builders come here for transaxle advice - means we're doing something right.
Anyhow, once I understand it more I'll put a write up about it. I just started looking at the control panel after it was installed and it was rather daunting!
