Hi Michael,

Just like you the new GT40 team in Cape Town had a problem sourcing this Ford Zephyr Mk 3 part.

General Manager and Chief Engineer, Robbie Senekal, has them laser cut by a supplier and has made a special tool to press the vanes downwards at an angle.

If you could let me have your postal address I'll ask Robbie to post you one.

NEED SOME HELP. WHAT IS A DEMISTER GRILL? I HAVE ALSO BEEN LOOKING FOR STAINLESS STEEL 1/2" WIRE MESH TO PROTECT MY RADIATOR FROM ROCKS. I HAVE ONLY BEEN ABLE TO FIND IT IN 36" WIDE AND I NEED 40" OR 42" WIDE. ANYONE KNOW WHERE IN THE STATES I CAN GET IT? JOE /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Another source of wire cloth is Mcmaster-Carr (McMaster-Carr) who also have it in 48" width.
