I am using one on a Dart 302 block in conjunction with a remote 55gals/min Mezier series 300 pump with twin outlets. This frees up a lot of space between engine front and the bulkhead. It also looks neat.

I ordered by telephone and Mike delivered the part in four days to the UK.(he had the Ford casing in stock)
When I recieved it, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the machining and fit - Mike Garrett's work is a rare find these days and I bet he could probably make anything we need for a '40 out of billet stock.
If you are thinking about a cover, do your homework regarding the layout of any pulley brackets to keep the plate uncluttered.
