clutch friction plates

I have two 9 inch friction plates for a renault box with 21 spline input shaft for sale. They do not work on the Derek Bell conversion I have in my box (different spline) so are surplus to requirements. Both began life as AP uprated clutch plates, sorry can't remember the part numbers, and should be run with an uprated pressure plate. Roy and Anthony Lane at Techcraft supplied them to me and would know part numbers and appropriate pressure plate to use. The 6 paddle plate is no longer made and is a bit more gentle in take up compared to the 4 paddle plate. Both plates have been refurbished to new standard by Orca Engineering and were carried as spares. Suitable for road and track work. Offers.

Re: clutch friction plates

I have now spoken with Anthony at Techcraft who are AP suppliers. The part numbers and new prices are as follows

6 paddle AP4216 24/21 162
4 paddle AP2583 24/21 192

I will start the haggling at half these prices with more room to negotiate if you buy both plates at once!
